Shipping policy


Thank you for shopping with OUT OF ORDER! Each item is made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure quality production. Products are manufactured and shipped through our global fulfillment partners. Depending on the item ordered, shipments may originate from different fulfillment facilities. Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

 

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. During periods of high demand, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after processing:

- United States: 5–10 business days

- International: 7–15 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may be unable to issue a refund or replacement once the order has been processed or shipped.


Delays

Out of Order is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- carriers

- customs

- weather conditions

- international transit issues

- lost or stolen packages marked as delivered


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
